Most of people want to have fit and Slimming body. To get it there are a lot of ways between that is a gymnastic exercise. I want to try some of instructions to your practicing. Below are instructions for tow0 keep- fit and slim exercises, study the instructions carefully.
Instructions 1
- raise hand above head, feet apart.
- bend forward slowly and touch ground in front of toes, then between feet.
- don't worry if you can reach the floor at fist.
- repeat 10 minutes the first day, and build up over 5 days to 20.
- sit on floor, legs outstretched, ankled crossed.
- lean back slightly supporting weight on palms of hands.
- lifting right arm above head, bend to left, keeping knees straight.
- rial over until upper knee touches floor.
- repeat to the right.
- do it 10 times in each direction.
- cross ankles other way and repeat the whole procedure.
